A Way of Living
What is Biblical Eating?
Biblical eating is simply returning to the whole, unprocessed foods named in Scripture - the grains, legumes, fruits, fish, herbs and oils that fed God's people for thousands of years. There are no powders to measure and no labels to decode. Just real food, prepared with care and gratitude.
It overlaps closely with the time-honored Mediterranean way of eating: plenty of vegetables and pulses, hearty whole-grain bread, olive oil instead of refined fats, fruit for sweetness, and fish or lamb in modest portions. These are the same staples that filled the tables of Galilee and the fields of Bethlehem.
This is a lifestyle and a quiet act of faith rather than a diet or a medical program. We make no health claims here. We simply believe that eating the honest foods of Scripture - slowly, thankfully, and in good company - is a beautiful way to honor both your body and the One who provides for it.
“Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.”Genesis 1:29
